The "Augusta Sunset" is a simple but wonderful Aperol-based cocktail. Think of an Aperol Spritz, but more flavorful and less fizzy.

Ingredients
Aperol
Vodka
Lime Juice
Alternative: Sweet & Sour Mix
How to Make
Add 2oz vodka and 2oz Aperol to a cocktail shaker. To that add 1oz lime juice and 1oz simple syrup, or 2oz sweet & sour mix. Shake with ice for up to 30 seconds. Pour over fresh ice in a wine glass.
